-Insurance information if involved in a motor vehicle accident or worker’s compensation accident

Who will see me?
You will be treated by a licensed physical therapist at each visit. We do not utilize technicians or unskilled staff to treat patients. We will try to keep you with the same physical therapist for each visit.
How do I pay for physical therapy?
